At the heart of this new season, Chef Paloma is dedicated and inspired, drawing on an international background in Michelin-starred houses. She offers vibrant, precise cuisine that is deeply rooted in the Touraine terroir, working closely with the seasons, local products and the producers around her.
Each dish reflects her accuracy, creativity and genuine culinary sensitivity.
